EUS Masterclass
Ecoacademy is proud to support, together with our partner SonoScape, the Masterclass: Challenges and Solutions in Clinical Practice.
This interactive program, featuring live case demonstrations throughout the day, was held at the Carlos Moreira da Silva Endoscopy Center. The procedures conducted focused on basic and advanced diagnostic EUS, utilizing SonoScape endoscopy and ultrasound systems as well as FBN Medi-Globe Group echoendoscopy needles.
Workshop POCUS Veterinary - Ultrasound for Everyday Use in Emergency
On May 18, 2024, the POCUS Veterinary course took place in Lisbon, aimed at all veterinarians interested in deepening their knowledge and confidence in ultrasound as a complementary diagnostic tool in clinical emergency veterinary care. XIX European Congress of Endocrinology in Portugal
The 19th European Congress of Endocrinology (ECE 2017) will take place in Lisbon from May 20th to 23rd. The event is organized by the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE).

Congratulations on the 1st HOT SPAXUS case in Portugal, at CHUSJ!
On February 23rd and 24th, 2022, the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Service of the São João University Hospital Center, led by its Director, Professor Dr. Guilherme Macedo, welcomed the visit of Professor Dr. Benedetto Mangiavillano, Chief of Digestive Endoscopy at the Italian Humanitas Mater Domini Hospital and international specialist in EUS, LAMS, and ERCP procedures.
Under the guidance of Prof. Mangiavillano, an international specialist in the Taewoong Medical's self-expanding endoscopic stents Hot Spaxus, represented by ECODANUSA, Professor Susana Lopes successfully performed the 1st Hot Spaxus case in Portugal for draining pancreatic collections!
Congratulations to the medical and nursing team of CHSJ and, of course, to the Ecodanusa Team who facilitated the contact between Professors Macedo and Mangiavillano, thus opening up the introduction of new possibilities in a service of excellence and national reference!
